Using LSC

Using Lawyers Service Center, Inc. for your Estate Planning work is easy and economical. Here's how the process works:

  • You fill out our simple work order/questionnaire with data regarding your client's Estate Planning needs and send it to us (by mail, email or fax). Alternatively, you can simply send or fax a letter setting forth the pertinent information. The questionnaire serves as a valuable checklist to ensure that every aspect of your client's Estate Planning needs are thoroughly analyzed. Decision alternatives and suggestions are provided so that key details which could affect the direction of the final document are not overlooked.
  • Upon receipt of your completed questionnaire, one of our attorneys reviews it carefully. If there is any question or uncertainty we contact you immediately for clarification or additional input.
  • Next is actual document creation. The information you're supplied is input by one of our staff attorneys into our custom estate planning document creation software. The documents are quickly created and then reviewed and edited directly by one of our attorneys. Once the document is finalized, the final client copy is produced. Concurrently, we also create and print a customized cover memorandum which provides a paragraph by paragraph explanation of the Estate Planning documents. This serves as your aid and guide in reviewing the finished product with your client.
  • The completed package...full Estate Plan and accompanying comprehensive cover memo, are dispatched to you promptly. The whole process typically takes only 5 working days (usually less) from our receipt of your order. And it will have been done for a sensible price that permits you to charge a competitive fee that provides fair compensation for your efforts. To expedite the process even further, we typically email the completed documents in an easy to print 'pdf' format. (For those who prefer, we can also mail a hard copy of the estate plan printed on bond paper, together with an extra draft copy.)
